Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by heating 300g of coconut water in a saucepan over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Stir in 10g of softened gelatin until fully dissolved.
  2. Wash approximately 200g of green grapes and place them into serving cups. Pour the warm coconut layer into each cup, filling them halfway and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. In a separate saucepan, combine 300g of milk, 150g of heavy cream, and 25g of sugar over low heat for about 3-4 minutes. Gradually whisk in 10g of softened gelatin until melted.
  4. Once the coconut layer is set, pour the cooled milk mixture over the coconut layer, filling each cup to the top. Return to the refrigerator for another 2-3 hours.
  5. Garnish each cup with fresh green grapes, mint, or candies before serving chilled.
