Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by heating 300g of coconut water in a saucepan over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Stir in 10g of softened gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Wash approximately 200g of green grapes and place them into serving cups. Pour the warm coconut layer into each cup, filling them halfway and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- In a separate saucepan, combine 300g of milk, 150g of heavy cream, and 25g of sugar over low heat for about 3-4 minutes. Gradually whisk in 10g of softened gelatin until melted.
- Once the coconut layer is set, pour the cooled milk mixture over the coconut layer, filling each cup to the top. Return to the refrigerator for another 2-3 hours.
- Garnish each cup with fresh green grapes, mint, or candies before serving chilled.
