  • 1 cup Fresh Mango Diced into 1-inch pieces; can substitute with berries

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-second intervals until smooth, about 1–2 minutes. Pour a thin layer into silicone molds and tap gently to remove air bubbles. Freeze for about 10 minutes until set.
  2. Dice fresh mango and mix with Greek yogurt in a bowl, gently folding until well combined.
  3. Remove molds from the freezer. Add 2–3 teaspoons of the mango yogurt mixture on top of each chocolate layer, smoothing the tops.
  4. Melt more dark chocolate and drizzle over the filling in each mold, sealing it completely. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
  5. Once frozen, gently remove the bites from the molds and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
