Step-by-Step Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-second intervals until smooth, about 1–2 minutes. Pour a thin layer into silicone molds and tap gently to remove air bubbles. Freeze for about 10 minutes until set.
- Dice fresh mango and mix with Greek yogurt in a bowl, gently folding until well combined.
- Remove molds from the freezer. Add 2–3 teaspoons of the mango yogurt mixture on top of each chocolate layer, smoothing the tops.
- Melt more dark chocolate and drizzle over the filling in each mold, sealing it completely. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Once frozen, gently remove the bites from the molds and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
