Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by removing the skin from the rotisserie chicken and shredding it into bite-sized pieces. Aim for around 2 cups of shredded chicken.
  2. Thinly slice the red cabbage and julienne or grate the carrots. Finely chop the green onions.
  3. Mix the shredded chicken with the red cabbage, carrots, and green onions in a large bowl.
