Preparation Steps

  3. In another bowl, sift the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Scoop the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes in the tin before transferring to a wire rack.
