Preparation

  3. Pat salmon fillets dry and drizzle with olive oil. Coat each fillet with the brown sugar mixture and press gently to adhere.
  4. Arrange the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each fillet.
  5. In a separate bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them around the salmon on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon reaches 125°F (51°C) and flakes easily.
  7. Remove from the oven, allow to sit briefly, and serve hot with lemon wedges.
