Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C) and gather a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press evenly into the bottom of the baking dish and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add the prepared pudding and fold until combined.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  5. Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer. Drizzle lemon juice over the strawberries.
  6. Chill for an additional 1-2 hours before serving. Slice into squares and enjoy!
