Method

Step-by-Step Instructions for Snickers Energy Balls
  1. In a food processor, combine 170g of pitted Medjool dates, rolled oats, roasted peanuts, natural peanut butter, and a splash of vanilla extract. Pulse until crumbly and cohesive, about 30-40 seconds.
  2. Gently add mini dark chocolate chips and pulse a few times, about 10-15 seconds, to evenly distribute without crushing the chips.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and compress firmly into balls, then roll in palms for a smooth finish. Place on a parchment-lined plate.
  4. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Drizzle or dip each ball before returning to the plate.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until firm.
