For the Creamy Filling
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Cooked Shrimp Chopped; fresh preferred
  • 1 cup Canned Crab Meat Drained
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese A mix of cheddar and mozzarella

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, drained crab meat, chopped cooked shrimp, finely chopped green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and shredded cheese. Mix until well combined.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough, separate it into triangles, and place about a tablespoon of the prepared filling in the center of each triangle. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal.
  4. Beat the egg in a small bowl and use a pastry brush to gently brush the tops of each stuffed crescent bomb with the egg wash.
  5. Bake on the prepared baking sheet for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let the bombs cool for about 5 minutes before serving warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
