Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line muffin tin with paper liners.

  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, egg, yogurt, and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients, then gently fold in raspberries.
  5. In a clean bowl, combine flour, sugar, and cold butter to make streusel topping.
  6. Fill muffin tins with batter and sprinkle streusel on top.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
