Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Line a small sheet pan with parchment paper and lightly brush with extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Toast the sesame seeds in a nonstick pan over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Pour the toasted seeds on a plate to cool, then return the pan to the heat and add honey.
  4. Stir honey until bubbling and reaches 250°F, about 3–4 minutes.
  5. Stir toasted sesame seeds back into the honey and mix for about 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  7. Allow to cool for 20 minutes, then cut into pieces.
