Method
 

Granola Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your mixing bowl. Combine oats, chopped nuts, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix until combined, then pack into a muffin tin. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
  2. Let the granola cups cool in the tin.
Filling Preparation
  1. Mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup as desired. Wash and chop fresh fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Prepare nut butter for easy spreading.
Assembly
  1. Remove granola cups from the muffin tin and spoon yogurt into each cup, filling about three-quarters full. Top with fruits and nut butter.
Topping and Serving
  1. Sprinkle optional toppings over the filled granola cups. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
