Granola Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your mixing bowl. Combine oats, chopped nuts, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix until combined, then pack into a muffin tin. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
- Let the granola cups cool in the tin.
Filling Preparation
- Mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup as desired. Wash and chop fresh fruits into bite-sized pieces.
- Prepare nut butter for easy spreading.
Assembly
- Remove granola cups from the muffin tin and spoon yogurt into each cup, filling about three-quarters full. Top with fruits and nut butter.
Topping and Serving
- Sprinkle optional toppings over the filled granola cups. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
