  • 1.5 tablespoons Dijon Mustard or yellow mustard
  • 6 slices Deli Ham thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Grated Gruyère or Sharp Cheddar Cheese or mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the puff pastry by rolling out one sheet into a rectangle of approximately 10x12 inches.
  2. Spread 1 ½ tablespoons of Dijon mustard evenly across the surface of the pastry, leaving a small border.
  3. Layer 6 slices of deli ham on top of the mustard, then sprinkle 1 cup of grated cheese over the ham.
  4. Carefully roll the pastry tightly into a log shape and chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  5. Repeat the process for a second log with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Slice the chilled logs into ½-inch thick pinwheels and arrange them on the baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 18 minutes until puffed and golden brown, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving warm.
