Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup of vanilla protein powder, ½ cup of chocolate chips, ½ cup of maple syrup, and ½ cup of peanut butter. Mix until a cohesive dough forms, which may take about 2-3 minutes. If too crumbly, add more peanut butter or syrup.
- Wet your hands slightly and scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough, rolling them into 1-inch balls. Yield about 12 protein balls.
- Place your formed protein balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Transfer to an airtight container for storage. They can be kept in the refrigerator for up to a week or frozen for up to three months.
