Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup of vanilla protein powder, ½ cup of chocolate chips, ½ cup of maple syrup, and ½ cup of peanut butter. Mix until a cohesive dough forms, which may take about 2-3 minutes. If too crumbly, add more peanut butter or syrup.
  2. Wet your hands slightly and scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough, rolling them into 1-inch balls. Yield about 12 protein balls.
  3. Place your formed protein balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container for storage. They can be kept in the refrigerator for up to a week or frozen for up to three months.
