  • 1 cup Lunch Meat (Ham and Turkey) Use any deli meats based on preference.
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt is a lighter substitute.
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch Seasoning Bottled ranch dressing can be used as a shortcut.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for about 8–10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Prepare the ingredients by dicing the cheddar cheese, tomatoes, ham, turkey, and lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Cook the bacon until crispy and crumble it.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with the diced cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped lettuce, and prepared meats. Add diced tomatoes.
  4. Add mayonnaise and ranch seasoning to the bowl, stirring gently to ensure all ingredients are coated.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste.
