Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the vegetables by dicing bell pepper, mushrooms, and green onions, and mince the garlic and ginger.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Cook ground chicken in the skillet for about 5 minutes until browned, stirring frequently.
  4. Once browned, add minced garlic and ginger, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Incorporate diced bell pepper and mushrooms, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender.
  6. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, combining everything well.
  8. Serve by arranging lettuce leaves and filling them with the chicken mixture. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
