- Rinse 1 cup of fresh blueberries under cold water, gently pat dry. Slice 2 ripe peaches into wedges or thin pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Crumble ½ cup of feta cheese over the fruit in the bowl.
- Wash and dry 2 cups of mixed greens, tear into smaller pieces, and add to the mixing bowl.
- Finely chop ¼ cup of red onion and sprinkle over the salad. Roughly chop ¼ cup of walnuts and scatter on top.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of honey, 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to combine.
