Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse 1 cup of fresh blueberries under cold water, gently pat dry. Slice 2 ripe peaches into wedges or thin pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Crumble ½ cup of feta cheese over the fruit in the bowl.
  3. Wash and dry 2 cups of mixed greens, tear into smaller pieces, and add to the mixing bowl.
  4. Finely chop ¼ cup of red onion and sprinkle over the salad. Roughly chop ¼ cup of walnuts and scatter on top.
