Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a muffin tin with liners or cooking spray.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the nut mixture evenly.
- Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling them about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- After baking, cool for 5 minutes and drizzle honey on top of each muffin.
