  • 2 cups Kohlrabi peeled and sliced into sticks
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel the kohlrabi and slice it into thin sticks or matchsticks.
