  • 4 cups Chicken Broth low-sodium
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice fresh

  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese melted

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the chicken and veggies: Place chicken breasts in the crockpot, chop the onion and mince the garlic, add them over the chicken.
  2. Incorporate the beans and chilies: Drain and rinse the white beans, add to the crockpot, pour in the diced green chilies.
  3. Mix the creamy sauce: In a bowl, blend cream cheese, chicken broth, cumin, and chili powder, then pour over chicken and beans.
  4. Cook to perfection: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Shred and combine: Remove chicken, shred with forks, return to the crockpot, let rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve and garnish: Scoop into bowls, garnish with cilantro, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
