Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cut the boneless skinless chicken into 1-inch pieces and coat in cornstarch.

  4. Transfer browned chicken to the crockpot and pour the sauce over it, ensuring even coating.
  5. Cook on LOW for 2-3 hours or HIGH for 1.5-2 hours until chicken is tender.
