  • 1 cup Pepperoncini Peppers, sliced and drained Banana peppers can be an alternative.
  • 1/4 cup Pepper Juice

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by placing the 2 pounds of skinless, boneless chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker. Ensure the pieces are arranged in a single layer for optimal cooking.
  2. Sprinkle the 1 oz packet of ranch dressing seasoning and the 1 oz packet of dry au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
  3. Cut the 1/2 cup of unsalted butter into small squares and scatter them on top of the seasoned chicken.
  4. Add 1 cup of sliced and drained pepperoncini peppers over the chicken and include the 1/4 cup of pepper juice, drizzling it over the top.
  5. Cover your slow cooker and set it to cook on high for about 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours.
  6. Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker.
