Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Grate the yellow squashes until fine, sprinkle with salt, and drain in a colander for 15 minutes.
  3. Squeeze out as much liquid as possible from the grated squash.
