For Cooking

For Garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and gently pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Mince the garlic cloves and set aside.
Make Glaze
  1. In a medium bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Whisk until fully blended.
Simmer Glaze
  1. Transfer the honey-garlic mixture into a small saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Cook Salmon
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Place salmon fillets skin-side down and cook undisturbed for about 4 minutes.
Glaze Salmon
  1. Flip the salmon and brush half of the glaze over the top. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Finish & Serve
  1. Remove from heat and drizzle remaining glaze over salmon. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
