Preparation
- Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and gently pat dry with a paper towel.
- Mince the garlic cloves and set aside.
Make Glaze
- In a medium bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Whisk until fully blended.
Simmer Glaze
- Transfer the honey-garlic mixture into a small saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Cook Salmon
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down and cook undisturbed for about 4 minutes.
Glaze Salmon
- Flip the salmon and brush half of the glaze over the top. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Finish & Serve
- Remove from heat and drizzle remaining glaze over salmon. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
