- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine minced fresh garlic with melted unsalted butter and olive oil; whisk until well blended.
- Slice the day-old bread into thick pieces, about 3/4 inch each, and place them on the baking sheet.
- Brush both sides of each bread slice generously with the garlic mixture.
- Sprinkle freshly chopped rosemary evenly over the top of each slice.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm.
