Cooking Instructions

  3. Pour the thickened polenta into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly to about ½ inch thickness. Cool for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Once set, cut the polenta into triangles or squares.
  5. In a skillet, heat about ½ inch of oil over medium-high heat until it sparkles.
  6. Carefully place the polenta pieces in the oil in batches, frying for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer fried polenta onto paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
