Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the vegetables by washing them thoroughly under cold water. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds, dice the onions, and chop the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, gently add the sliced cucumbers, diced onions, and chopped tomatoes. Toss to combine.
  4. Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad just before serving and toss again to ensure even coating.
