Preparation Steps
- Press the firm tofu for at least 30 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- Slice the pressed tofu into approximately 1-inch bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, toss tofu cubes with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and salt until well-coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes. Arrange seasoned tofu in a single layer in the basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Remove when golden brown and crispy, cool for a few minutes, then serve with dipping sauces.
