Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak the rice paper sheet in warm water for 10-15 seconds until soft and pliable.
  2. Transfer the softened rice paper to a damp surface and add a layer of cooked vermicelli noodles.
  3. Add fresh vegetables and chosen protein on top of the noodles, without overcrowding.
  4. Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling and roll from the bottom up to seal.
  5. Brush or spray the outside of the rolls with sesame oil for crispiness.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Arrange the rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket, leaving space for air circulation.
