- Begin by washing and cutting the potatoes into wedges. Soak the wedges in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Once the potato wedges are dry, transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Add the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping half way for even cooking.
- Carefully remove the wedges from the air fryer and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
