Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine melted unsalted butter and extra virgin olive oil to create a rich base. Add freshly minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, salt, paprika, Italian seasoning, freshly cracked black pepper, and a splash of fresh lemon juice. Mix until a thick paste forms.
  2. Pat your chicken thighs dry with paper towels to eliminate excess moisture.
  3. Generously apply the garlic parmesan mixture over each chicken thigh, ensuring an even coating.
  4. Carefully place the coated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin-side up, in a single layer.
  5. Set your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and cook the chicken for 13 minutes.
  6. Flip the chicken thighs so they are skin-side down and cook for an additional 6–7 minutes until they reach 165°F (75°C).
  7. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Plate the crispy thighs alongside your favorite sides and serve.
