- Pat the white fish filets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a shallow bowl, combine all-purpose flour with Old Bay seasoning and whisk together.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the large eggs and buttermilk until fully blended.
- Mix the breadcrumbs with any remaining Old Bay seasoning.
- Lightly coat both sides of the breaded filets with cooking spray.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for 5 minutes.
- Arrange the breaded filets in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Carefully remove the fish from the air fryer and serve hot with crispy French fries, tartar sauce, and fresh lemon wedges.
