Directions
  1. Pat the white fish filets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine all-purpose flour with Old Bay seasoning and whisk together.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the large eggs and buttermilk until fully blended.
  4. Mix the breadcrumbs with any remaining Old Bay seasoning.
  5. Lightly coat both sides of the breaded filets with cooking spray.
  6. Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for 5 minutes.
  7. Arrange the breaded filets in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Carefully remove the fish from the air fryer and serve hot with crispy French fries, tartar sauce, and fresh lemon wedges.
