Step-by-Step Instructions for Air Fryer Bang Bang Shrimp
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the panko breadcrumbs into a third bowl for coating the shrimp.
  4. Coat each shrimp first in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange the coated shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
