- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and 1 ½ cups of cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of thawed frozen whipped topping until smooth and well combined.
- Prepare your fruits by draining the canned pineapple and mandarins, washing and halving the grapes, and quartering the strawberries.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss together the drained pineapple, mandarins, halved grapes, and quartered strawberries.
- Pour the creamy pudding mixture over the combined fruits and carefully fold the dressing into the fruit.
- If desired, gently fold in mini marshmallows. Add sliced bananas just before serving.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably 2 to 4 hours, to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, gently stir and transfer to a decorative bowl. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
