Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Use an electric mixer to beat until smooth and free of lumps for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Blend these seasonings into the cream cheese mixture using the mixer for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped jalapeños and roasted red peppers using a spatula.
  4. Sprinkle in the shredded white cheddar cheese and fold it into the creamy mixture.
  5. Transfer the dip mixture to a serving bowl and cover it tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
