Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt and ¼ cup of mayonnaise. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Grate 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger into the bowl, followed by 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil and 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce. Whisk vigorously for about 30 seconds.
  3. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime into the mixture, then stir in 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce.
  4. To balance the tang and spice, drizzle in 1 tablespoon of honey. Taste and adjust sweetness or heat as desired.
