Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the short pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the thawed shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink. Stir in the lemon juice and cream.
  5. Fold the cooked pasta into the shrimp mixture until well-coated. Add a portion of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let the dish cool for 5 minutes before serving.
