  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce Homemade recommended for better flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili Flakes Optional.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with butter.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Shrimp Crab Lasagna
  1. Boil lasagna noodles for 8-10 minutes until al dente, then drain and let cool.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté minced garlic, then add shrimp and cook until pink.
  3. Add crab meat, salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta, grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Grease a baking dish and layer with Alfredo sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, seafood mixture, and sauce.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan, cover with foil, and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
  8. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving, garnished with fresh parsley.
