Preparation Steps
  1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, raw honey, flaky sea salt, Medjool dates, and vanilla extract. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  4. For a softer texture, process again or let sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before serving.
