Preparation Steps
- Start by preparing your fruit. If using fresh peaches, peel and slice them, ensuring to remove the pit. For the mango, cut around the pit and scoop out the flesh into chunks.
- In a high-speed blender, pour in the orange juice and coconut milk first. Then, add the plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Add any optional add-ins such as fresh grated ginger or lime juice, followed by a ripe banana if desired. Finally, add your frozen peach slices and mango chunks.
- Blend the mixture starting on low speed for about 15 seconds, then gradually increase to medium speed for 20-25 seconds until smooth. Switch to high speed and blend for an additional 35-45 seconds.
- Check the texture; if too thick, add a splash of orange juice or coconut milk. If too thin, add more frozen fruit or ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste before serving; adjust sweetness with more honey or lime juice if needed. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
