  4. Pour in white wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes until reduced by half.
  5. Add heavy cream, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper; stir and let cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Crumble in Gorgonzola cheese and stir until melted and smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
