  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning Substitute with paprika and celery salt if needed.

For the Rolls
  • 4 pieces Brioche Hot Dog Rolls Any soft roll or toasted baguette can work.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by draining the cooked fresh lump crab meat in a mesh strainer, ensuring any excess liquid is removed. Pat the crab dry with paper towels.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dried crab meat with mayonnaise, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Add in diced celery, chopped chives, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Gently toss the mixture with a spatula.
  3. Take your brioche hot dog rolls and carefully spoon generous portions of the crab mixture into each roll. Top with additional chives and fresh dill if desired.
