Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 pound of ground beef, cooking until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
  2. Stir in 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in 2 cups of beef broth and ½ cup of whole milk, stirring to combine. Raise heat until liquid simmers.
  4. Add 8 ounces of uncooked pasta and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Stir to ensure pasta is mostly submerged.
  5. Cover and let simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender.
  6. Reduce heat to low, mix in ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese and 2 tablespoons of butter until melted.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
