  3. In a medium saucepan, combine the alfredo sauce with the pumpkin puree, season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper, then simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Mix the cooked tortellini with the creamy pumpkin alfredo sauce in the greased baking dish until well coated.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the tortellini mixture, followed by Parmesan cheese.
