Preparation Steps
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently and divide into patties.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). Butter the inside of the buns.
- Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes without pressing down, then flip when nicely crusted.
- Add cheese on each patty and continue grilling for another 3-4 minutes. Toast the buttered buns cut-side down.
- Assemble burgers by placing patties on buns and adding toppings.
- Top off with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
