  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of ricotta cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips until smooth and creamy.
