- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place saltine crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Melt 1 cup of unsalted butter and 1 cup of brown sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until boiling and bubbly for about 4–5 minutes.
- Pour the hot toffee mixture over the arranged saltine crackers, ensuring even distribution. Bake for 5–7 minutes or until bubbling and caramelized.
