  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the flank steak, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned, then remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add the rice and toast for about 2 minutes until slightly translucent.
  4. Pour in the beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in the frozen vegetables and cooked steak, cover, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
