Cheesy Hamburger Supreme Casserole Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 lb of ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add 1 chopped onion, 1 diced bell pepper, and 1 cup of sliced mushrooms to the skillet, and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of black pepper. Cook for an additional minute.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the sautéed beef and vegetable mixture with 2 large eggs, 1 cup of milk, and 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
  6. Gently fold in 2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables until evenly distributed.
  7. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and pour the casserole mixture into the dish, spreading evenly.
