Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, eggs, brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and ground spices, ensuring no lumps remain.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
