Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into even-sized florets, about 1 to 2 inches in size.
  3. Drizzle the cauliflower florets with cooking oil and toss them in a spice mixture of cumin, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Spread the seasoned cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Remove from oven and drizzle with lime juice, then toss with cilantro and red onion. Serve immediately.
